LinkPoint Completes Acquisition of Total Package Computers’ Business Clients

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 2, 2013

inkPoint announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the business client support operations of privately held Total Package Computers Inc., a Richmond, BC-based supplier of hardware and IT support solutions for residential and business markets.  This acquisition includes the appointing of Total Package Computers primary, Shakil Ali, as a Senior IT Manager within LinkPoint. When combined with LinkPoint’s leading IT systems and technology management solutions, the acquired accounts will have access to seamlessly manage pools of computing support, network services, storage and technology solutions as a unified whole in order to deploy and deliver IT services more rapidly and efficiently. Under the terms of the agreement, the acquired accounts will be integrated under LinkPoint’s management, with Ali appointed as the primary account manager. Ali has been involved in the IT industry for the past 16 years. Ali has been able to adapt his skills to address the individual concerns of his clients. Ali is passionate and driven to meet the goals of his clients. He is efficiently able to manage and delegate a team of IT Professionals. His strong work ethic and the respect he attaches to the client relationships are valued assets to our team.
