The Company is expected to benefit from strong secular trends, including increased share of managed IT services and growing cloud adoption. Under the terms of the agreement, the acquired assets will be integrated under LinkPoint’s processes and management.
“Radius is an excellent fit with LinkPoint,” said LinkPoint CEO Kyle Sarwal. “We share the same values, a similar culture and already have existing relationships from our ongoing partnerships. This is an exciting day for both companies and we look forward to our continued growth.”
