LinkPoint IT Solutions Ltd. (dba LinkPoint Consulting, “LinkPoint”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of privately held Radius Technologies Inc., a Surrey, BC-based Managed IT Services Provider primarily focused on the small- to medium- business markets. Inline with its plan to expand and deepen its managed service portfolio, this acquisition includes the appointing of Radius’ previous ownership, Sean Hiebert, as an IT Services Manager within LinkPoint. When combined with LinkPoint’s leading technology (IT) solutions and management consulting, the acquired resources and accounts will have access to seamlessly managed consulting, monitoring and support solutions as a unified whole in order to deploy and deliver IT services more rapidly and efficiently.
This acquisition supports the continued commitment to delivering an industry-leading services organization to LinkPoint’s growth strategy while strengthening its platform and developing its service offering, both organically and through acquisitions. The Company is expected to benefit from strong secular trends, including increased share of managed IT services and growing cloud adoption. Under the terms of the agreement, the acquired assets will be integrated under LinkPoint’s processes and management.

Sean has a 16-year background in IT, focusing on servicing small to medium-sized business.
