You are capable of aligning strategy with key partners and have exceptional negotiating skills. You understand the fine art of balancing both the “carrot and the stick” to achieve organizational goals.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Developing a strategic sales plan for the sales team to execute
  • Develop strategies to research and identify sales prospects for the sales team
  • Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
  • Meet with executives to ensure that LinkPoint business objectives are being properly executed and are on schedule
  • Coordinate the activities of the sales team (3 salespeople)
  • Recruit, lead and manage the sales team to maximize sales revenues and meet/exceed corporate-set objectives
  • Establish regional sales budgets and ensure operational spend is within budget
  • Plan and lead sales meetings that foster a growth mentality in salespeople
  • Prepare weekly sales department KPI and sales funnel reports
  • Keep up to date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies
  • Monitor the competition and all new trends and products in the market
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher education is preferred
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a management sales position for at least three years
  • Well-developed business acumen and negotiation skills to facilitate and lead value-based sales strategy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
  • Pragmatic, approachable, and comfortable in facilitating win-win outcomes.
  • A daily focus on exceptional customer service and support.
